This paper explores the integration of Confucian philosophy into the management practices of Chinese internet companies, focusing on Alibaba as a study case. This research examines how traditional Confucian values such as benevolence, harmony, and collectivism, are applied in modern corporate settings. Through a comprehensive review and analysis of Alibaba's management strategies, this study reveals that Confucian principles significantly influence leadership styles, employee relations, and corporate culture in Chinese tech firms. The findings suggest that the successful adaptation of Confucian thought to contemporary business practices has contributed to Alibaba's growth and success. The study demonstrates that traditional philosophical systems like Confucianism remain relevant and valuable in contemporary business contexts when systematically adapted and applied. This research provides insights into the unique characteristics of Chinese corporate management and the potential benefits of incorporating traditional cultural values into modern business operations. The findings have implications not only for Chinese companies but also for global businesses seeking to understand and engage with Chinese corporate culture.
