Effect Optimization and Educational Application of Visual Communication Design Based on Deep Learning

This article focuses on the application of DL (Deep Learning) technology in the field of visual communication design education and its optimization strategy. In terms of methods, this article puts forward the optimization method of visual communication design effect based on DL. It includes intelligent combination of design elements, automatic adjustment of design style, and introduces the application of GAN (Generative Adversarial Networks) in design innovation. Aiming at the problems in the field of education, this article puts forward some educational application schemes such as personalized teaching platform and intelligent design auxiliary tools. Through experimental analysis, this article obtains remarkable results. DL technology improves the designer's design efficiency and optimizes the design effect, and also plays an important role in the education of visual communication design. The application of personalized teaching platform and intelligent design assistant tools can improve students' learning efficiency and improve the quality of design works. In the future, this article suggests deepening the research and development of related technologies, paying attention to improving teachers' technical application ability and students' autonomous learning ability, and establishing a perfect evaluation system.
